Employee wouldn't even give me his name. Terrible service just better off to do your taxes on turbo tax. I paid another 40 dollars for a protection and I was advised to do so. I complied and now I have a tax issue and they won't help. They won't even give me my 40 dollars I asked back for because they won't do anything.

This H&R block is terrible. Please do not go here! They will not help you appropriately. They will not believe you and belittle you. My mother dropped off her taxes before she died. They refused to tell me that her taxes were there and demanded I open an estate. I was intouch with a lawyer that told me that was not needed. I had to call corporate which advised they would be intouch with me. They reached out once her taxes were filed and had to paid for it. I went here to have my taxes done at the end of February. Still have not gotten my taxes back. The IRS said that there was a discrepancy. I have been told that twice, but I still have not received my return. I will never go back, and I will never recommend their services. I filed my 2022 taxes on my own and have received that back already.
