This H&R block is terrible. Please do not go here! They will not help you appropriately. They will not believe you and belittle you. My mother dropped off her taxes before she died. They refused to tell me that her taxes were there and demanded I open an estate. I was intouch with a lawyer that told me that was not needed. I had to call corporate which advised they would be intouch with me. They reached out once her taxes were filed and had to paid for it. I went here to have my taxes done at the end of February. Still have not gotten my taxes back. The IRS said that there was a discrepancy. I have been told that twice, but I still have not received my return. I will never go back, and I will never recommend their services. I filed my 2022 taxes on my own and have received that back already.

Not professional at all the money we spent to get help are questions with retiring etc ! Never got service we always had same person but he was not available he was 100% service the best explains everything ! This time horrible we were when we walked out we were like what was that !!service so we know not to make same mistake 2025!!!
