Lori was such a delight to work with. I came at the tail end of the day and I'm sure she was probably tired from working all day but she was wonderful conversation as she prepared mine and my husbands tax return. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. Definitely will be returning!
New review as of 2024, never again. Service has gone down hill, I should have realized when the lady kept watching me like I was going to rob the place and I been coming to the same place for more than a few years. Then the so-called tax professional couldn't figure it out another red flag. Then you waste more money paying for the peace of mind crap which they don't even notify you that you have a red flag on your account and penalized not much but still what's the point of spending more.
