Was talked into using the emerald card and was told they run your credit i have an 800 credit score they never ran my credit and was a total denial the IRS app says it's been excepted 12 days ago and still no money this was the biggest mistake and the biggest scam to earn interest on my money total disappointed will never go there again. It would have been a negative 5 review it i could put it down.
Online it stated the price was 89.99, somehow down the line mine came out to over 300$... I would have went to an actual accountant for that price. Know one informed me either until all was said and done. Will take my business elsewhere for this years taxes.
They're nice , they're helpful only thing i dont like is how much the fees are but thats my decision to still go through with it.
What a waste of time. Came here with an issue on past taxes from 2022. I did them in their system but they can't see them. The lady didn't even really listen to or understand what I was telling her. Sat around messing around on the computer for like 20 minutes, then demonstrated she had no understanding of Federal TSP. Tried explaining TSP had switched vendors and it went in one ear and out the other. Federal employees with issues from 2022 beware.
