H&R Block is very experienced and professional...So looking forward to working with Mr. Andy on Walzem this year 2025. I've been with him for years now he has great customer service and proud to do his job!!
Was talked into using the emerald card and was told they run your credit i have an 800 credit score they never ran my credit and was a total denial the IRS app says it's been excepted 12 days ago and still no money this was the biggest mistake and the biggest scam to earn interest on my money total disappointed will never go there again. It would have been a negative 5 review it i could put it down.
Online it stated the price was 89.99, somehow down the line mine came out to over 300$... I would have went to an actual accountant for that price. Know one informed me either until all was said and done. Will take my business elsewhere for this years taxes.
They're nice , they're helpful only thing i dont like is how much the fees are but thats my decision to still go through with it.
