This was a few weeks ago.I called to ask for an extension on my tax. The front desk lady told me to come in which an available appointment was opened. When I got there and was sitting with Tax Associate Jay Williams I asked her plenty of times (4x)if this was for an extension she replied and said “Yes” I said “Okay”.
