This location here in Burleson Texas on Wilshire Is a great location usually. Our tax professional is always awesome and have no complaints about him. The lady at the front desk is always polite. But yesterday evening when we had our taxes done, there were a couple of the staff standing around talking and laughing to the top of their lungs and making fun of people while they were getting their taxes done. I asked several questions before taking my taxes here, including how much they would charge me. I didn't get an answer to that question. But I was under the allusion that they were very thorough and very competitively priced based on their advertising. OMG, did I get screwed! After the lady told me how much I owed them, first of all, I panicked, then I went home and contacted several other tax professionals who all said the same thing, they get you with the commercials! If I could give zero stars I completely would. I made an appointment at 3 pm to do a corporation tax paperwork I understand that tax season is very busy so I did not mind waiting a little after the scheduled appointment time. But to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes after the scheduled time is ridiculous. Why even schedule me in for 3 if it wasn’t going to be possible? The management at this location needs some serious work. I ended up not doing my taxes here and went somewhere else.
