Absolutely the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. My husband and I have used H&R Block for years, and after skipping them in 2023, we decided to return for our 2024 taxes after receiving a $25 off “Come Back and Save” coupon. From the moment we walked in, we were met with nothing but attitude. Our appointment was with Senior Tax Analyst Victoria Breckenridge, who was completely unprofessional and rude. Victoria at the Pacific location was amazing! She answered all my questions, gave me some tips for next years taxes, and was super nice and patient with me, as I had my 4 year old with me. Will definitely be going back next year!
