Terrible service. Can’t ever get anyone on the phone. I call every day and several times a day. They got my taxes wrong and I’m still trying to fix them.
The worst H & R Block I have ever been to, and I've been using H & R Block for years. This one makes me want to use Turbo Tax. Unhelpful, my way or the highway attitude, and they don't know how to use there system. For the first time I was unsuccessful in being able to file. Now I have to look for another option. Save yourself the time. These people do not deserve being in a service oriented business.
