My tax preparer took over 90 days to submit paperwork to the state. They did only after i received a letter from state saying it was rejected necause they never received documentation. Now I'm requesting my file and a refund. No response again. Guess I need to report them to govt.
Be aware that every call coming into and going out of the offices are being recorded, and they never told anyone!!
They fix the problem still haven’t got my check it is what it is
