Sharon Sanita fixed my tax return and was very patient thoughout the whole process. She was in the office cleaning up a lot of previous tax return work for many customers. Thank you for your help.
Norma Valenzuela was not helpful at all. She wanted to charge me $300+ to neglect my graduate student write offs and teacher supply/material write offs. I was able to get a refund instead of owing when I used the online service instead. I walked away feeling frustrated and ripped off.
I was satisfied with my experience the staff was professional and my taxes was completed in a reasonable time
