My husband and I filed our taxes here this year with Joyce and let me just say horrible experience from the start. We paid her for essentially nothing, she screwed up our taxes and when we brought it to light requesting her help her whole attitude changed. From the start she seemed incompetent but for whatever reason we decided to trust the process and go with her.
