To start with..THEY'RE CLOSED! Next.. I CANNOT GET CHERONDA TO RESPOND TO 2 EMAILS I HAVE SENT OVER THE LAST 2 MONTHS. THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE STATE DIDN' T RECEIVE MY 2025 RETURNS WHICH I PAID HR BLOCK TO HANDLE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU CROOKS!!! This was filed april 2026 and the may 6 tracker says not filed. And to boot Cheronda told me to "mail my payment to IRS" and the IRS had already taken my payment from my returns which means i made a double tax payment and now have to fight IRS to get that back!
