The only problem I had here was I waited 30+min past my scheduled appointment.
Bruce did a great job. Mr. Baer was very personable. Bruce was nothing but professional, and was happy to allow my daughters hang out while my wife and I had our takes done. One word comes to mind when I think of Mr. Baer, Professional!
Many issues--- 1) Could not log into my account or reset password (cannot reset password without logging-in first). 2) Customer service is a computer (not a live person) so I was not able to get help. 3) Ended-up going to a physical H&R Block tax-preparation center and 2/3rds of the way through preparing my return their system crashed and I had to come back 2 hours later to finish. The tax preparer was great, but H&R Block, as a company, is no longer customer-centric. I'll be going back to my usual EA next year, despite the ... read more
