Many issues--- 1) Could not log into my account or reset password (cannot reset password without logging-in first). 2) Customer service is a computer (not a live person) so I was not able to get help. 3) Ended-up going to a physical H&R Block tax-preparation center and 2/3rds of the way through preparing my return their system crashed and I had to come back 2 hours later to finish.
