What a different experience, in how I was treated, between this location and the one at Wornall & 75th. Camille & Sarah here were competent, professional & kind. My taxes were done quickly, & when there was a small system glitch in getting me a copy of my state return, they followed up with me by phone once it was fixed. This H&R Block at 1666 E 63Rd St in Kansas City comes highly recommended! Thank you for turning a bad experience at another location into a positive outcome!
The only nice thing I have to say is the receptionist that answered my phone call was very pleasant, empathetic and understanding and honestly deserves a raise. However, that will be the first and last thing I have nice to say in this review. MACKENZIE GRAHAM needs to be fired or highly analyzed. This year due to my scheduling I opted for drop off taxes instead of in person, I've been going to this location for over 4 years now. Forgot to file our KCMO tax
Would like to thank ebony for waiting on me when I was an hour late. Very professional in that regard. But on the other hand please be ready to be judged as soon as you walk in. I was told that I didn't have the proper paperwork because my recipients and bank statements weren't in an easy order. I'm sorry If I am a somewhat unorganized bookkeeper.
