Stanley Richardson is a master 5 star tax professional. He is the only reason why i still go to this location. I put up with the front desk and other office staff. But this location is 1 star because of the very old receptionist woman. She knows how to answer a phone and make appointments, and that's it. She can't do or find anything in the system. Waited about 10 minutes in the lobby and no one ever greeted me or ask if I was helped. There was 3 workers and 2 customers. Go somewhere else

I called the first time and someone answered and as I was saying hello the phone hung up, I called back again assuming it was an accident and the “professional office associate” answers the phone with a slight attitude asking how she can help me, well I asked if I could please speak with a tax expert and she said no they’re booked and then I had asked if I could come into the establishment and maybe I can get my tax question answered and she said no they don’t have time.
