H&R Block, unbeknownst to us, changed the Herkimer NY location from a franchise location to corporate location. That change caused my very simple tax prep to increase from $261.00 two years ago to $480.00 two days ago. This increase is outrageous and we feel that we should have been advised of the change. Better yet, not be charged this outrageous and uncompetitive amount.
