Bad experience!!!! I've been going to H&R for the last 8 years consecutive. First preparer mohammad zazai. Made mistakes on my return resulting in my return being 1,700 short. I noticed there was a issue and returned the next day. Lori Morrison thank you for reviewing my return finding the issues. And amending my return adding 1,700 dollars to my return. I wish I could give 0 stars. Antonia, the woman I had an encounter with called me from her personal number to threaten me. I asked her about how H&R Block’s policies are and she caught the biggest attitude on the regular phone. She needs to be fired!!
