I decided to try them out this year. My son's return was messed up and a box was not checked on the return like it was suppose to be I was told my return was a level 4 I even had to correct the lady on another mistake she was about to make. I want be going back! Some more training needs to be done.
I was sitting in the waiting room to do my taxes and over heard a lady telling a customer she put the wrong social so it will be a delay on there taxes first red flag second she comes out to tell me because the fact the DMV give me a paper license because they mail hard copy’s I have to wait until I get my hard copy 🤣🤦♀️ second red flag she said if I file single I gotta pay 159$ up front.
