Zina is a top-notch preparer and very knowledgeable! Patient, understanding and made sure we got all the return that we were entitled to. Strongly recommend this office!
Zina is an excellent tax consultant if you are going to the Mt View location. I’m sure they all are but i’ve used her 3 years now and always a helpful, polite and efficient experience.
I wouldn't send my worst enemy to have their taxes done here at H&R Block if I had one. I didn't even get the lady I was supposed to have my taxes done with and they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. I didn't get any money back just ended up having to pay in. I never have before Yes the state usually always do but not federal. I feel this lady didn't do all she could do to help me. To be honest she acted like she was new at preparing my taxes.
