Last year, my wife and I entrusted Jim Orr, the manager of this office, with our tax preparation. Despite his claims of extensive experience with young professionals and physicians in our area, our appointment proved unproductive. Mr. Orr failed to complete our taxes, ultimately filing an extension due to his inability to meet the deadline. What followed was a frustrating, multi-month ordeal.
