Dealing with this establishment was like an episode of Monty Python. I went in about eight times in two weeks and when I’d walk in and ask if they had a chance to get started on my taxes, every time they’d say, “So sorry, I’ll do them this evening. If I don’t call you tomorrow please call me”. I’d call the next day and no one would be there, and they definitely never returned my phone calls.
