My first year filing taxes at this location and I loved my experience here! I will definitely be coming back. The customer service was great. My tax analyst Julia M.B. is very pleasant, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! I appreciated the fact that she followed-up with me and explained everything along the way.
Highly disappointed in the lack of service and communication within this facility. I filed my taxes in 2022 and I got a letter in the mail telling me that I owe the IRS money because they did not receive my 2022 tax return extremely unprofessional. We pay you guys to do your job and you don’t even do it and I tried calling multiple times and cannot get in contact with the manager or anybody to help me solve this situation. I will take my business elsewhere. I won’t ever trust you guys again to do your guys’s job correctly.
Tax preparation was timely and accurate. I would recommend H&R Block for preparing tax documents.
