Melanie Callis from H&R Block was wonderful to work with. Even though we haven’t finished my return yet, she was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She took her time explaining everything and even encouraged me to go home and think things over instead of rushing me, which I really appreciated. It made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. I highly recommend her.
We use Kathy every year at this H&R Block location… She’s amazing! We’ve never spent more than 30 minutes any year we’ve went.
