Absolutely awful experience. Have gotten my taxes done since 2020, and just recently got a letter from Federal Tax Board stating I owed thousands for not doing my taxes in 2021. Come to find out this location never sent them in, and nothing was done to fix it. Thanks for nothing.

I've been waiting 5 weeks with no call back or word about what is happening with my taxes. I finally got through today and they told me to wait another week and it hasn't even been submitted yet. Will not be using this tax office again.
