My tax preparer was professional and friendly. I am pretty sure that she could see my apprehensive behavior and set me at ease with her knowledge about filing with more than one state involved.
My over all experience with H&R block was terrible until I got paired up with Onica Hendricks. Every employee before her was very unprofessional and unreliable. She changed my experience from terrible to excellent.
H&R Block is a great place to get your taxes done. They ate very professional and knowledgeable. Very nice employees and nice office setting. I've used them this year and last year. I will go back.
