I honestly don’t know what to say other than for some reason from the moment I entered their location the representative that I had an appointment with was rude. I made it very clear that I was just at the location to figure out what I should do as per the recommendation of HR block when I called customer service regarding an error that another Akron location (not them) made when helping me file my taxes this year but she made several unnecessary comments regarding whether I could read properly etc. that were simply unaccept... read more
