The only reason I get my taxes done by HR Block is because of one person Barbara Cruit. She is the best. Shes honest and very thorough. She will explain what she did and why and i have never had any IRS issues when she does my refund. Other tax experts there have done my taxes in error and caused me delays. Barbara has been doing my taxes for over 13 years even when I moved out of state Barbara still did my taxes.
Jasmine Jones is a gift from God. Continue doing the Lords work and being a bright light to our community.
Next year I won’t be coming back. She charged me $440. When I called I asked how much it was and the receptionist said $89. I think $440 is ridiculous but she had already done my taxes and expected a pay. She also told me I could pay my taxes using my mom’s credit card and that was a lie, the government wants me use a credit card with my name and I don’t have a credit card. Over all horrible experience.
