I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all with kindness and patience!!! Will be returning to her next year and every year after that!!!!!!

The service was slow, had poor communication, and was outrageously priced. I think its bad practice to not have a phone number to speak to your preparer but that's the smallest of the issues. The biggest is the $300 fee that H&R charges. I've always had very simple returns, I work and I have one child, requiring only a 1040. I usually file online, that's how simple it is, but this year I didn't have the time to do so. Now I have $300 gone from my already small refund. I am a teacher, I need all of my money.
