Appalled at the lack of professionalism! I walked in at this location and the Senior Tax Analyst, Meher Kunduru, rolled her eyes at me, and walked away. She not once told me directly or even communicated with me that they were booked. I understand frustration, and walk ins, but there is most certainly a way to communicate with people and communicate professionally. When I asked the front desk, she just laughed. Do not use. After waiting 30 mins past our appointment, the lady did not even do our taxes right. She made a $5,000 error. Thankfully, my wife caught it. Then they charge over $300 for 45 mins of copying information into a fillable program while the lady at the front argued with me about "how hard their job is". 0/10 will never go back.
