This is my second visit to this location. Both experiences were great! This last agent, Christopher Spencer is a great asset to your company. He exercised great patience, display great expertise in preparing my documents. I don’t have much experience in this area but he made it so easy to understand. They took my tax refund stating that apple to receive a certain amount back comes to turned out they never gave me no money they took my money due to saying I owe them without even contacted me or consent to me so waiting on a refund that was never coming and still requested that I owe them more money I would never file my taxes with them again
