I would never come back to this location nor recommend someone to go there. The woman who filed my taxes, Gloria, was so incredibly unprofessional from the very start of the appointment. The second her coworker left for lunch Gloria bad mouthed her and her abilities to me. Gloria proceeded to eat a cheeseburger and French fries during our appointment. Sidra was absolutely amazing she didn’t look like it was a pain to help me and her body language showed that she was more than willing to help me. Thank goodness we still have people like Sidra in this world!! Got my 2023 documents done quick and precision
Disgusting treatment. Made a mistake and took no accountability. Gloria found it amusing and was no help at all. This office is now closed and has made things extremely difficult. They have lost our business and will be sure to share that with others.
DO NOT GO TO GLORIA and probably not at all! Just do your taxes at home, she did absolutely nothing different than I have at home in the past PLUS SHE F’d UP MY TAXES and almost lost me a home loan due to needing to file an amendment! I was self employed so wanted to make sure I was doing everything right and I was and turns out didn’t need to pay her $200+ for what I could do from my couch. Very disappointed in the service I received here. I came in because I had tried to do my taxes on my own and ended up owing a large amount where I haven’t owed before. I wanted a second opinion because I had never ran into this and wanted to understand why. When we sat down, Gloria was more focused on if the documents I scanned were the right size even though I had explained I had all of the originals with me if she needed them again.
