I COULD LITERALLY CRY!Rhonda filed my taxes on 2/17/25I made the mistake of going to that place not only were the taxes never amended they were filed wrong! I called Jennifer was rude Rhonda was no where to be found and guess what THE OFFICE IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON! I keep getting the run around I now owe the IRS! and HR BLOCK WONT HELP!!!! SAVE YOURSELF AND GET YOUR TAXES DONE BY PEOPLE WITH BENDING THUMBS!!!!! Oh and some on 1 return went to someone’s account (not mine) there is also a 9000$ mistake I have to answer for
