Last time I use them. Over priced and Betty is the worst. She needs to retire. I had 4 rounds of reviews bc I kept finding mistakes. Who doesn't enter income in your taxes? Just awful. Doing taxes online with them is way overpriced and not transparent. The fees kept changing with every review. Total waste of money. Go somewhere else.
Betty made a huge mistake on our 2023 taxes!!!!. She did not include one of the 1095 forms from the market place and entered wrong information on form 8962. So now I have to pay an additional $4000 . I know I have to pay this either way but I had the money back in March and could have paid it. Thank you so much H&R block for hiring such great tax experts (not) I will be having someone else do my taxes next time!!!
