My tax advisor never showed up to the appointment. I waited for 30 minutes after being told that she was on the way. Then I was told that she wasn't going to make it. Someone else tried to make it right by taking over. I left all my paperwork and I was told to expect a call at the end of the day, and that I could get back my papers the next day. Second year using HR Block seeing Eleanor. HR Block dropped the ball on taxes. We were told we owed a lower amount on taxes, about a day later we received a call from Eleanor stating we owe even more by double! Also when leaving our first appointment she told us she was scanning in our W-2’s to finish up, she never gave them back to us. I had to come back a day later to retrieve them.
