Zero stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled today at 6 PM with Carole, which was confirmed on my end. Prior to the appointment, I called to clarify whether I should expect a phone call or receive a link via email. I spoke with someone named Darlene, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Darlene was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. She insisted that I provide my full Social Security number over the phone — not just to her, but also to Carole. I cannot express how incredibly amazing this team was. I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Lillie, she is beyond talented, detailed and compassionate towards her clients.
