Update it's been a week and still no call back from this office or corporate! I paid the peace of mind fee! They take your money. $370 for basic taxes for me and spouse no dependents, no business, no IRA etc... nothing! Do not go to this location go to New Brighton or Cranberry they charge $194 and $40 peace of mind. I've been using HR block for many years but now they are way over priced! paid 370 for my taxes this year just basic taxes done.
