Got scammed at this place today. I have video recordings of the conversation saying where they said I would get a refund for $1500. I was surprised and confirmed with them multiple times and took a video recording just because it seemed sketchy. They said I owed them $175 to send in my taxes for me. I payed the $175 for H&R Block service with the understanding that i was getting a refund amount of $1500 (again, I have video proof of this conversation). I was able to get in and out very fast and it was open on Sundays!
The entire process was great. I highly recommend Nancy Paradise to do your taxes. She was a great help to me and was very easy to work with. Considering my Parkinson's disease she was the best fit I have had now over the past two years! Thanks for your patience and support Nancy
