Not the place for me. I've always spoke so highly of H&R Block, they handled the taxes for my restaurant when I owned one. Sadly, TurboTax does a better job online, they're cheaper, and they don't flip on you. 😘
Great service
Stacey that works at the Johnson City location is the rudest lady I’ve ever dealt with in my life I called prior and booked an appointment to file an amendment. Nothing was stated on the phone that I needed to bring I get there she asked if I have documents with me I stated no I was just following an amendment. She calls me back to her desk set me down and ask if I brought documentation again I stated to her I called to book an appointment and nobody told me that I needed to bring anything, she was very rude and the worst cu... read more
