Very disappointed with my family not getting the Emerald Advance Loan. My family and I have qualified for this many time over the years. But today for some reason, got a text message from the emerald advance loan team and saying that we were denied! 🤨 My tax pro was very alarmed as well. We again a nice size refund but we were denied about not getting a head start like we usually do to try to catch up on some bills and so forth. The lady that was on my case “doesn’t work on summer” so I come back months later and no updates on my case, the file was not even touched, no one ever transferred my case, they never replied to emails or phone. Very upsetting.

My experience was great. Didn’t have a single negative experience or negative perception of how the staff were handling business. Kerra is who I had and she was phenomenal. Was able to explain and answer my questions in addition to just being personable. Nothing short of outstanding for me.
Great organized staff and very speedy.
