Went to do my taxes, like every year. The person I spoke with today asked me for a form, I said I didn't have it. She said they would have sent it to me. I said I didn't have it. She said it would have been sent in the mail. I said... again... that I didn't have it. She asked for the form yet again, and I fired up a bit and repeated myself. Then she asked me to calm down.
