Very disappointed. Very rarely does anyone pick up the phone. Made an appointment for IT IN and told someone what I needed. The woman said no problem made an appointment 10am Saturday. The person qualified to do the certification wasn't there. told I would get a call back in an hour-1.5 hrs and waited in Johnson City for 3 hrs with no call back. H&R should be removed as a trusted company on the IRS website
Great people. Mrs Franklin is the best.
