My husband and I set up and appointment for noon. Showed up a few mins early and Chris the receptionist says Patrice is running a few mins behind and to have a seat. We wait for another half hour and Chris approaches us to say he tried calling twice, as we say we never got any calls he proceeds to laugh and say that’s besides the point, do you want to come back at 2 or 4? No thank you. Why would you not say anything when we walked in? What a very grumpy and unprofessional receptionist. Would give zero stars if I could.
