If I could give it no stars, I would. It is a rip off, they charge you an insane amount to plug numbers into a computer. They do not explain the charge and make it seem like you are paying the total for your taxes and the service at the end of the appointment. However, the state takes out whatever you owe them and then they surprise charge you $300 dollars for average service.
Always pleased with the service I receive, everything is explained to me in terms I understand. Employees are very pleasant,courteous and knowledgeable.
