Attempted to have my taxes done by Emily there. She didn’t know what she was doing and had someone on the phone with her the whole time. I was unable to ask questions and she called to let me know my taxes were “done” and didn’t even finish it all. Wouldn’t recommend.
Fast service, quick responses, extremely professional. Made an appointment and didn’t even have to go in. I had unexpected paperwork and Shawn took care of it all so flawlessly. So happy with service highly recommend.
