Online it shows open but it’s close on Saturday and it’s 3:00pm I walked 5 miles to the office and I have to walk back when I called they there was only one person scheduled and he didn’t show up

I’ve been filing my taxes with H&R Block every year in other location and have always been satisfied, except for this year when I had a very bad experience with Sumathi in this location. She was very slow, and it was clear that she wasn’t fully knowledgeable about tax filing. The staffs in this location are so friendly and welcoming even it's busy time for tax prep. Front desk helped me go through the whole process to get fastest available tax prep pro. She's very helpful. Binling Chen provided a warm welcome and professional tax preparation process. I never know H&R is a place for tax preparation over a decade life in America.
