Very aggervating experience. The person i dealt with was not a "Tax Pro" as advertised. I had to file a different way this year. She diddnt know what to do. I had to catch certain things to make her call her supervisor multiple times while she was taking care of someone else to make sure stuff was filed correctly. It ended up costing more than advertised and she couldn't give me an exact answer why. 89 dollars turned into 206 real fast.
