Used for a few years, never again. They didn’t file and called the night of April 14th and said I need to come in on the 15th, I had to mail it in as tax pro gone for the season and didn’t e file. I was over charged and told I would receive check in a week. Now it’s July and many calls later, no refund for overpayment and no tax refund. I only come to H and R Block to take advantage of the Peace of Mind "guarantee". This is absolutely NOT a guarantee. This year, my tax professional Theresa Cron made an error that resulted in me being double-charged by the IL govt. As soon as the mistake was made, Theresa became impossible to reach. I left messages through the office, the customer service line, text and her cell. She has never gotten back to me.
