Worst H&R Block ever! Wasted my time every step of the way. Don't waste yours. I scheduled my 1st appt with Sharon Robertson and showed (on time) to find that she had no intentions of working with me on my return. I left all of our docs for her to work on the return and rescheduled to sign/pay a week later. Showed to that appt (on time) to be told we have to wait b/c she was helping a walk-in.
