Ann Baize is the reason we come here! We have worked with her for a few years now and are very happy with our experiences. Every year our taxes get more complicated and she does a great job. She is fast, efficient, smart, and has a ton of knowledge. She always gives us extra tips and answers our off the wall tax questions. We've gone to other people and she is by far the best. She also really keeps the price reasonable for all she does. Thank you Ann!

Disappointing experience - "Ann" I scheduled an appointment at H&R Block and made it clear beforehand that I wanted to see a potential return estimate before committing to filing. I arrived early, "Ann" was my "professional" she plugged in about 5 numbers and immediately asked if I was filing and, in a sharp tone, stated that she works on commission and wasn’t there just to "run numbers."
