Terrible experience at this location. Jennifer was one of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever tried to work with in any capacity. She treated my wife and I like we were a nuisance from the very beginning. She was also clearly inexperienced with tax prep for traveling healthcare workers. She rushed through our taxes with very little care and screwed our return up so blatantly and so severely that we walked out and found a different agent to do it right.
