I went to file my 20/21 taxes! First off when I walked in I was told I couldn’t file without a w2,Jeroldey quickly found out I could! Then I was told I couldn’t efile,and he didn’t know why! Just found out it’s bc I simply needed a PIN # ! I kept waiting for my refund so I’m 6 weeks I called the IRS to be told they never received my return.Guess where it was? Sitting in his desk! I recently had my taxes done at H&R Block. I have used them in the past, and was happy with their service; but this time, I was disappointed by the Tax Pro servicing me. From the start, he made me feel like I was a bother rather than a customer. Hardly made eye contact, and when I asked questions, he answered with very short, vague replies.
