The tax preparer was very friendly, however I found a huge error on my "finished and fully reviewed" taxes. Also, the cost was $200 more than I paid a CPA historically. I have no confidence that my taxes are done correctly.
This high rating is specific to Ms. Cynthia. I want to thank her for helping me through this process and being very welcoming to myself and my service dog. She deserves a raise and all of the praise. That being said, I would also go back and rate this business zero stars if I could. I am a veteran with a service dog. I realize that due to people masquerading their Emotional Support Dogs as service dogs, most places have gone pet friendly to avoid lawsuits.
