I have been coming here for years! Today I had my taxes done Nefta and she was AMAZING! She explained everything down to a T! I feel more confident and knowledgeable than ever before moving forward with doing my taxes. I had a walk in appointment, and I will be definitely following her EVERY year to whatever location she is preparing at! These people are very incompetent. I've gone back four times to straighten out their errors and things they forgot to ask me. I won't be going back next year. Mrs. Martin was the worst.
