Russell was great and thorough. He was very flexible with my schedule and was able to help me remotely. I appreciate his urgency and willingness to help me. I will be back in 2027 and recommend all of my friends to see him.
Unfortunate experience that I hope never to repeat. Margaret did not try to understand what I needed and did not communicate well. The finalized tax report contained a large dollar amount error, which she initially disbelieved until I showed her.
I made $17,600 last year and was just charged $717 for tax prep (after a $100 discount).
I had several tax questions that were answered efficiently and thoroughly by Eunice and Russel. They did a great job working through everything and I’d recommend them.
