Zach and Wayne were incredible. Very willing to help. Super nice. I’ve been coming here for years and this is one of the best visits.

Had an appointment, waited 20 min after for them to tell me the professional tax assistant wasn't coming and I would have to wait behind two walk ins to be seen. Wow great customer service and I was coming from online tax preparation. Will never do business with you again.
I have tried for 2 days to do my taxes and the guy told me yesterday to come in anytime between 5 and 7 and it wouldn’t be a problem. I was turned away when I just went into this location in whitehouse Tx. I have used this company for years but this has made me chose to never use them again because of this location.
They have been doing my taxes for the past four years. I highly recommend them.
